I’ve been working with Fortel since October 2022 and I must say, it is a company that, without a doubt, cares for its employees. In particular, my direct line manager Charlotte has been nothing but supportive, friendly, kind, informative, professional, reasonable and helpful since the very beginning. She’s an invaluable asset to the Fortel family and definitely makes working and training smooth and easy. I haven’t had any issues since working with Fortel, and any questions I’ve had have been answered extremely swiftly. 10/10 company.

I started at Fortel in 2022 and it has been one of the best decisions of my career. My manager Charlotte has proven to be a person who goes above and beyond her job description. She is always a pleasure to interact with and any issues I have she gets the job done proficiently and quickly. She has made working for this company an enjoyable experience making me want to turn up on shift.

I am working here for almost two years. I have financial stability because my salary is always paid on the time, there is always possibility to take overtime. Also if i need a day off or if i want some changes in my scheduled rota i know that my manager Mr. Lamba will find the best solution for me. I have enormous respect for all Fortel managers because they are the best! I recommend with confidence Fortel!
